HYDRAULIC DOCK LEVELLERS
The dock leveller product range includes hydraulic hinge lip and telescopic lip dock levellers, Safe-T-Lip dock levellers and FLEXIDOCK telescopic lip dock levellers for loading/unloading of standard and small vehicles. Dock leveller framing can be adjusted to suit new construction pits or existing dock pits. Options include zinc-plating, dock boxes, IGLU insulation, weatherseals, etc. We also offer a full range of dock plates and drawbridge dock levellers.

DOCK PLATES AND DRAWBRIDGE DOCK LEVELLERS
Aluminium mobile dock plates and drawbridge dock levellers in steel or aluminium connect the (open) loading dock with trucks and trailers. The drawbridge dock levellers are manual or spring assisted for easy activation and are available as a stationary or movable unit.

SCISSOR LIFTS AND LIFT-LEVELLER COMBINATIONS
Scissor lifts provide a level grade for loading and unloading any vehicle, ranging from the lowest van to the highest trailer. The segmented lip of the scissor lift can be activated manually or hydraulically. Scissor lifts can be positioned inside and outside the building, if required in combination with a dock leveller. The Lift-leveller combination has a dock leveller on top of the scissor lift to enable a dock leveller and lift modus for increased efficiency.

MODULAR DOCK SYSTEMS
Modular Dock systems ensure effective use of expensive warehouse space to meet your requirements for productivity, environmental protection, energy saving or noise reduction. ISO Modular Dock systems offer high insulation capacity for refrigerated or freezer applications. ISO LOADING DOCKS
Stationary ISO loading docks allow the sectional door to close in front of the hydraulic telescopic lip dock leveller so that heat will not be conducted through the deck plate of the leveller platform into the warehouse. Stationary ISO loading docks are also available with a "Step Down" design so that the cold chain will not be interrupted. This design allows vehicles to open their rear doors after they are parked at the Modular Dock system.

VEHICLE RESTRAINTS
With the drive in industry to work faster than ever, you need safety driven solutions. The Wheel-Lok GWL-2300 vehicle restraint is activated by the trailer by engaging the vehicles most rear wheel with a 510 mm high locking arm. Virtually all vehicles can be restrained to provide optimum safety during the entire loading operation. The Swap Body SBR-2000M restraint engages the rear support legs of swap bodies (EN 284) on both sides with one 1000 mm high barrier.

SAFETY PRODUCTS
Increase productivity by using our innovative safety products. Trailer stands prevent trailer tip over by providing a secure support when placed under the trailer nose. Dok-Guardian safety barriers are designed to stop a 4500 kg fork-lift truck traveling up to 6.5 km per hour. Our Light Communication Systems improve communication and help to reduce damage to buildings by indicating the vehicle position if dock bumpers cannot be used (low or "Step Down" loading dock, etc.).
