Collapsible Dock Shelter
Model CPVK-T 5000
Collapsible dock shelters provide a perimeter seal for the top and sides and offer full access to docked trailers. This design helps to reduce impact damage from incoming trucks.
Available with Duraton, SteelSeal, Hypalon and Vinyl fabric curtains with fiberglass stays, which maintain positive curtain pressure against the trailer. Armor Pleats (on head curtain) help to extend product life.

Ordinary dock shelter side frames are constructed of rigid, non-impactable materials, such as wood, steel and fiberglass which can be destroyed by impact from a single off-center trailer.
The SURVIVOR side frames are constructed of the most advanced technology available - virtually indestructible Neotec high molecular weight polyethylene sheeting - configured in an exclusive "A-Frame" design.

Eliminator II Soft-Sided Dock Shelter

Like compressible foam dock seals, Eliminator soft-sided dock shelters can take repeated hits from off-center trailers without suffering expensive damage associated with steel framed dock shelters.
Like traditional dock shelters, full unobstructed access to loads on the trailer is allowed, with flexible side curtains that wipe against the trailer sides to create an effective perimeter seal!

ComboShelter enclosures are specially engineered to address the unique challenges found at loading docks servicing both standard trailer types and those with projecting lift gates, step ledges or other rear extensions.
It offers the same features as the Eliminator soft-sided dock shelter, but holds up longer under the added wear-and-tear that occurs when various trailer types use the same dock position.

Eliminator-GapMaster dock shelters combine the complete closure of a dock seal and the full access of a dock shelter. Rugged GapMaster hooks grasp and effectively seal swing-out trailer door hinge gaps to provide a seal without restricting access to the trailer opening.
Plus impactable foam side frames are build to withstand hits from off-center trailers, eliminating the need for expensive repair costs associated with traditional steel framed dock shelters.

Dock shelter for Concrete Projection
Model CPBV-T 5100
Built with our signature quality, the dock shelters designed for concrete projections provide both a perimeter seal for the top and sides of docked trailers and full unobstructed access to loads for efficient material handling.
The tubular zinc-plated framing is fitted by using "Halfen" rails cast into the concrete projection.

Inflatable Dock Shelter
Model CTAV-T 5250
Inflatable dock shelters provide the most versatile seal available to service the widest variety of truck and trailer configurations.
The side and head air bags inflate around the sides and top of the trucks after it is backed into place. When not in use, the air bags deflate and retract behind the protective structure.

Inflatable Dock Shelter

This inflatable dock shelter offers same features as the model CTAV-T 5250. It uses a tube motor with pulley and rope system to retract the head bag behind the storage curtains. A spring system retracts the side bags behind the storage curtains.
The inflatable header of this model can be applied to our Eliminator-GapMaster and Eliminator dock shelters (to replace head curtain) to increase the service range when the sealing of a large range of different trailer heights is required.

PVC Dock Seal
Model CKVK-T 5300/5310 series
The PVC dock seal is designed to reduce expensive energy loss by providing a tight seal around trailer sides. When compressed by the backing trailer a gasket-type seal at the sides and top of the trailer is created ensuring high energy efficiency and maximizing employee comfort.
This style of enclosure is appropriate for loading docks that serve a limited range of trailer sizes and that do not require full unobstructed access to loads on the trailer.
